What we store
We store only the data needed to operate the site and connected services, including account information, uploaded content, analytics, and service logs.

We store only the data needed to operate the site and connected services, including account information, uploaded content, analytics, and service logs.
Uploaded episodes, artwork, descriptions, transcripts, and AI-generated supporting materials remain under customer ownership and are stored only to provide the service.
Connected platform tokens are encrypted and stored only to enable publishing and automation workflows. Platform passwords are not stored.
AI may be used for transcripts, summaries, notes, and captions. Content is not used to train our own models without explicit written consent.
Users can request deletion of stored information or account data by contacting privacy@powertime.au.
